Cancel up to 1 day prior to arrival and get a 100% refund.

Moderate

Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund.

Firm

Cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund.

Strong

Cancel before 30 days prior to arrival and get a 100% refund. Cancel between 15-30 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. No refund if canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Strict

Cancel before 60 days prior to arrival and get a 100% refund. Cancel between 30-60 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. No refund if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
